Christie brings over 20 years of experience across real estate, property management, project management, remodeling, and landscaping — all of which led to the creation of Coastal Management & Realty, LLC. Licensed in Georgia and previously licensed in Florida and Washington, she offers a deep, practical understanding of residential and HOA management. Her hands-on leadership style drives efficiency and strong communication in daily operations.

Christie began her property management career in Seattle, Washington, in 1994 and continued in Virginia before settling in Savannah, Georgia. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2004, specializing in residential and new home sales, earning her Certified New Homes Specialist designation in 2006.

Throughout her career she has:

• Managed over 150 rental properties
• Led a real estate office
• Worked with foreclosure and investment properties
• Served clients in commercial and residential real estate
• Co-founded All Purpose Construction and All Island Landscaping with her husband, Bryan Risch

A U.S. Army veteran and former member of multiple Family Readiness Groups, Christie has helped countless military families transition into new communities — a passion shaped by her own experience as both a service member and military spouse. She understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a true home.

Today, Christie calls Tybee Island, Georgia her forever home — the city where her twin daughters were born and where she and her husband are now proud empty nesters. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and holds the E-Pro designation.

In her free time, you’ll find her volunteering, biking around Tybee, skating, or enjoying a quiet day at the beach. Christie takes pride in building long-term relationships with her clients and believes in guiding them through every step of the process. Her goal is simple: to help you find a home — and make you feel like part of the Coastal Management family for years to come.

For more than 20 years, Brent has lived, worked, and fully embraced the coastal lifestyle of Tybee Island. Originally from Eatonton, Georgia, he grew up vacationing on Tybee—a place that quickly captured his heart and ultimately became home. His lifelong connection to the island fuels both his passion for coastal living and his dedication to serving the community.

As a long-time Tybee resident, Brent deeply understands the island’s schools, parks, neighborhoods, and the natural beauty that makes this area so special. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him kiteboarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking the island, or surfing. An avid surfer with a heart for service, Brent also volunteers with Surfers for Autism, an organization close to his personal mission of giving back.

Brent is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Savannah Board of Realtors, and is a Licensed Broker in the State of Georgia. As Broker at Coastal Management & Realty, he works tirelessly to help clients find the perfect home, vacation property, or investment opportunity on Tybee and throughout the coastal region. His deep local knowledge, commitment to integrity, and enthusiasm for island living make him an invaluable resource to both buyers and sellers.

As Marketing Director at Coastal Management & Realty, LLC, Ellie brings a strong background in real estate marketing and photography to every project she takes on. Based in Pooler, Georgia, Ellie is passionate about creating meaningful connections through strategic, community-driven marketing. With a creative eye and a deep appreciation for the local area, she focuses on showcasing what makes each property and partnership unique.

Joshua (“Josh”) Himes brings years of hands-on experience in landscaping and property maintenance to the Coastal Management & Realty team. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Josh moved to Tybee Island at 18 and quickly became an integral part of All Island Landscaping.

Josh played a key role in growing the landscaping division starting in 2021 and has since stepped into a leadership role, managing projects independently and building strong client relationships through professionalism, consistency, and care. Known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability, he excels in both the operational and customer-facing aspects of landscaping services.

With a well-rounded background in landscape installation, maintenance, and full-service property care, Josh brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project. He is a quick learner, a natural problem-solver, and is deeply committed to delivering high-quality results for homeowners and communities across Tybee Island and the Savannah area.

Josh is proud to continue growing his career with a team he trusts, approaching every job with the same goal: to provide excellent service and leave every property better than he found it.

Bryan Risch is the Owner of All Purpose Construction, LLC, established in 2017, and All Island Landscaping, LLC, founded in 2020. With nearly 30 years of experience as a General Contractor, Bryan brings extensive technical knowledge, practical problem-solving, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship to every project he undertakes.

Bryan has worked as a General Contractor since 1995, with professional licensure and experience in Arizona and Washington. His career spans a wide range of projects, including new home construction, full-scale remodels, renovations, and small repair work. He is known for a hands-on approach, realistic project planning, and consistent follow-through.

In 2020, Bryan relocated to Tybee Island with his wife, Christie, and has since focused his work on Tybee Island and the greater Savannah area. As a local business owner and resident, Bryan has a vested interest in the long-term care, appearance, and functionality of the community. He actively participates in local events and works closely with the City of Tybee Island on landscaping and improvement projects, bringing municipal-level standards and coordination experience to his private client work.

All Purpose Construction, LLC is a full-service construction company capable of handling projects of all sizes—from ground-up residential builds and complete remodels to ongoing maintenance and small repairs. Bryan oversees projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, clear communication, and efficient execution.

In addition to construction services, Bryan is Co-Owner of All Island Landscaping, LLC, a full-service landscaping company providing property cleanups, routine lawn maintenance, hardscapes, and tree trimming. This allows for cohesive exterior property solutions and well-coordinated project execution.

Bryan’s leadership is grounded in experience, accountability, and integrity.

 Whether working on a major build, a municipal project, or a small residential repair, he approaches every job with the same standard of professionalism and care.

Eric Self serves as Director of Operations for Coastal Management & Realty, LLC, where he oversees daily operations, property readiness, vendor coordination, and guest experience standards across the company’s Tybee Island and coastal Georgia portfolio. He brings extensive leadership experience in hospitality and operations management, with a strong focus on efficiency, team development, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Eric’s background includes leadership roles with the JW Marriott Savannah at Plant Riverside District and as Managing Partner of a Savannah restaurant, where he successfully increased annual revenue from approximately $800,000 to over $1.2 million while building a high-performing team culture. His experience in luxury hospitality and operational leadership allows him to implement professional systems that protect property value and enhance the owner and guest experience.

At Coastal Management & Realty, Eric plays a key role in ensuring properties are professionally maintained and operations run smoothly, helping deliver reliable, responsive management and exceptional service to clients and guests throughout Tybee Island and the surrounding coastal communities.
